SensScale Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the sensitivity conversion tools, telemetry databases, and web services operated by SensScale ("we", "us", or "our") at https://sensscale.com. By accessing any portion of the site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
01 // Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By using SensScale, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these binding terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this agreement, you must immediately cease all access to and use of SensScale calculators, databases, and associated software features.
02 // Nature of Service & Fair Use License
SensScale provides a suite of free, client-side gaming utilities designed to compute camera rotation mathematical ratios (camera yaw angles in degrees per count), calculate Effective DPI (eDPI), calibrate mousepad travel distances (cm/360° and inches/360°), index competitive shooter game engine profiles, and provide reflex warmup exercises.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SensScale for non-commercial, personal, or educational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
03 // Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use Disclaimer
All proprietary branding, vector logos, custom styling, software code (app.js), algorithms, visualizers, and original database arrangements on SensScale are the exclusive intellectual property of SensScale.

Valorant is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc. Apex Legends and Titanfall are registered trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. and Respawn Entertainment. Fortnite and Unreal Engine are registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. Overwatch and Call of Duty are registered trademarks of Activision Blizzard Inc. All game titles, trademarks, logos, and character references are used strictly under Nominative Fair Use under United States trademark law (15 U.S.C. § 1125(c)(3)) and applicable international law. SensScale is an independent mathematical research utility and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher or developer.
04 // Mathematical Accuracy & Warranty Disclaimer ("AS IS")
While SensScale expends significant reverse-engineering and telemetry effort to verify native engine yaw multipliers (such as Source 2's 0.022° or Valorant's 0.070° constants) directly through game engine source code, SDKs, and memory inspection, game developers frequently publish patches, update raw input pipelines, or alter FOV scaling without advance notice.
05 // Pro Athlete Telemetry & Gear Vault Data
Pro player sensitivity, hardware DPI, mousepad, and monitor telemetry displayed within the Pro Vault are curated from publicly accessible tournament broadcast configurations, verified pro athlete live streams, team gear sponsors, and community tracking repositories.
Athletes may adjust their hardware DPI or in-game sensitivity during tournament practice or official matches. SensScale makes no representation that listed settings represent an athlete's real-time configuration at any given second. If you are an athlete or team manager wishing to update your verified profile, submit your updated configuration via our contact portal.
06 // Prohibited Conduct & Automated Scraping
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated scrapers, data crawlers, spiders, or extraction bots to scrape our verified 120+ engine database without prior written authorization.
- Framing, mirroring, or republishing SensScale calculator iframes without explicit brand attribution and link-backs.
- Engaging in denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or transmitting malicious code to degrade tool response times.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract proprietary code for resale.
07 // Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SensScale, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use this site, including loss of competitive rank, tournament outcome, or peripheral hardware damage.
08 // Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted directly to this URL with an updated effective timestamp.
