SensScale Privacy Policy
At SensScale (accessible from https://sensscale.com), the privacy and data integrity of our visitors are fundamental priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the categories of information that are collected, logged, and utilized by SensScale, and details your legal rights under international privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.
01 // Overview & No-Account Philosophy
SensScale is engineered as a client-side calculation utility for competitive gamers. We do not require account registration, email sign-ups, passwords, or credit card information to use our core sensitivity conversion engine, cm/360° visualizer, eDPI calculators, pro vault, or aim reflex warmup. Sensitivity conversions and math models are executed entirely within your client web browser.
02 // Log Files & Telemetry Data
Like virtually all standard web utilities, SensScale follows a standard procedure of utilizing log files. These files log visitors when they visit web pages. The information collected by log files includes:
- Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (anonymized where applicable)
- Browser type and version (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Operating System platform (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Date and timestamp of requests
- Referring and exit pages
- Aggregated click counts to diagnose server latency
None of this information is linked to any personally identifiable information (PII). Its sole purpose is analyzing trends, administering the site, debugging server latency, and gathering aggregate demographic telemetry to optimize calculator loading performance.
03 // Cookies, Web Beacons & Advertising Partners
SensScale uses standard HTTP cookies to store information including visitors’ preferences (such as high score persistence in the Reflex Lock aim trainer and user-selected DPI values stored via client-side localStorage). These cookies are used to enhance the user experience by customizing web page content based on browser type or local preferences.
We partner with third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet:
Google DoubleClick DART Cookies:
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to SensScale and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at aboutads.info.
Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize advertising content. SensScale has no access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers.
04 // GDPR Data Protection Rights (European Union)
If you are an individual resident within the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess certain statutory data protection rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). SensScale aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of any personal data.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Office at privacy@sensscale.com.
05 // CCPA / CPRA Privacy Rights (California Consumers)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents are entitled to specific rights regarding their personal information:
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected about you over the past 12 months.
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of any personal data collected from the consumer, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment or diminished service quality for exercising your privacy rights.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information: SensScale does NOT sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

06 // Children's Information (COPPA Compliance)
Protecting the safety of children online is a fundamental tenet of SensScale. We encourage parents, guardians, and coaches to observe, participate in, and monitor their children's online competitive gaming activity.
SensScale does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child has provided identifiable information on our website, we strongly urge you to contact us immediately, and we will apply our best efforts to promptly delete such information from our records.
07 // Third-Party Links & Discord Community
SensScale's web pages contain links to external third-party services, including community Discord servers and game publisher documentation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data policies of these external platforms. We advise visitors to review the privacy policies of any third-party website they choose to visit.
